Online Resource Offered For Inventors Trying To Get Exposure For Their Product

The Glotch, a watch for outdoor enthusiasts that can be attached to the back of any glove, is currently featured on Invention Place.Inventors come to INPEX, America's Largest Invention Trade Show, to exhibit their inventions and attempt to make contacts with companies interested in new products. Now, INPEX also hosts www.inventionplace.com in an attempt to offer inventors a forum to tell companies about their inventions. Invention Place™ brings numerous inventions in more than 20 product categories together in one place. It's the same principle behind the INPEX trade show, we try to bring companies together, in one location, to look at many inventions at one time.

Individual inventors attempting to gain some exposure for their inventions can purchase web pages for their idea. Companies looking for new products can search the inventions by product category — such as hardware, toys and games, etc., or alphabetically by invention name.

Listings include a general description of the invention along with features and benefits, as well as photos of the invention if available. Companies can also find a brief bio about the inventor and a video clip of the inventor describing his/her invention. In some cases, virtual prototypes are also on display. Interested companies can contact the inventors through Invention Place.

One of the inventions featured on Invention Place, The Glotch, was recently highlighted in Women's Day Magazine: Best Ideas For Christmas. The Glotch is a watch for outdoor enthusiasts that can be attached to the back of any glove. It was featured as #20 on the 50 Gifts Under $50 Gift Guide. It was recently licensed to One World Sourcing in Cleveland, Ohio, a company the inventors met at INPEX, and is expected to appear in stores in the spring of 2006.

There are also opportunities for companies to advertise their goods and services on the site as well as to be listed as a resource for inventors. For more information about Invention Place, visit www.inventionplace.com or call (888) 54-INPEX.
