In this month's issue, Entrepreneur magazine asked the question: What can exhibiting at INPEX do for your product? As a nonscientific experiment, Entrepreneur chose one of last year's INPEX clients at random to see how that exhibitor would fare one year later.
Entrepreneur picked Christy Deike and Stacy Darling, inventors of the Sippy Leash. Deike, the mother of two young daughters, was inspired by a common dilemma – toddlers who treat their sippy cup like a projectile. To combat this problem, she designed the Sippy Leash, a stretchy piece of fabric that is attached to the sippy cup at one end and to the stroller or car seat the other end.
