Waived Fees for Pre-Registered Attendees
When your qualified company or business pre-registers to attend INPEX, we'll waive the registration fee and provide you with a free show program. The INPEX Show Program includes short descriptions and booth numbers of the exhibited inventions, an index of inventions organized by product category, full schedules and descriptions of University speakers, along with other useful information. Pre-register to attend INPEX now!
Free* Admission to Inventor's University
For pre-registered attendees, INPEX provides free access to the INPEX Inventor's University™, a series of classes, workshops and panel discussions. We have more than 15 classes on topics such as intellectual property, licensing and marketing. Past keynote speakers have included: Sara Blakely, inventor of Spanx; John Abdo, inventor of The AB-DOer; and "Famous" Wally Amos, father of the gourmet cookie industry.
*Only pre-registered qualified business attendees receive complimentary admission to the Inventor's University all three days of the show (a $395 value). Attendees who register at the show are required to pay per each University session they attend ($50/session).
Private New Product Reviews
If you're short on time or unable to walk the show floor, we can arrange to bring the inventors to you. We can set appointments and provide private rooms for company representatives to screen inventions. Just let us know when you will be attending and your criteria for appropriate products, and we'll do the rest. VIP Lounge Access
Qualified business attendees are invited to stop by our VIP Lounge throughout the week. Located on the show floor, this quiet, restricted meeting area gives attendees a place to relax, work or hold their own meetings. Complimentary refreshments, daily happy hour and internet service are available for your convenience.
Networking Events
Business attendees are invited to network with other company representatives at a variety of nightly INPEX events. Along with our daily VIP-Lounge happy hour, INPEX features a different event for business attendees each night. Previously, these events have included a Pittsburgh Pirates baseball game, a rooftop party at the convention center, and an Everlast-sponsored Boxing Match featuring Olympic hopefuls.
