International Sourcing:

Invention/Idea Design Help:

Invention Submission:
InventHelp® Invention & New Product Idea Services – InventHelp offers invention submission and low-cost patent referral services for inventors, as well as several prototyping packages.

Patent Information:
United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) – A patent for an invention is the grant of property rights to the inventor. Obtaining a patent may be a good idea before an inventor displays an invention at a trade show. To find out more about getting an invention patented, an individual should talk to a patent attorney.

Public Relations:
Promising Promotion – Public relations guru Jill Lublin (a regular INPEX speaker) offers help for inventors and entrepreneurs who want to gain exposure for their new inventions but don't know where to start. She is the author of several books, including Guerilla Publicity and Networking Magic.



International Trade Shows

Along with INPEX, America's largest invention trade show, there are number of other international trade shows each year where inventors exhibit new products:

IENA "Ideas, Inventions, New Products Exhibition"
Held annually in Nuremberg, Germany. Past shows have included 450 exhibitors from 23 countries, with prestigious awards given to high-performance inventors. Takes place October 27 - 30, 2011.

INOVA
The annual INOVA — Exhibition of Innovations and New Products — is an opportunity for innovators and entrepreneurs to meet with their colleagues from abroad and to launch their inventions to the Croatian market. Takes place November 9 - 12, 2011 at the Zegreb fair grounds in Croatia.

Brussels Innova
A unique platform where industry and service providers, researchers, marketing professionals, inventors, investors and lawyers propose and exhibit concrete solutions to energy questions. Takes place November 17 - 19, 2011 in Belgium.

Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions
For over 30 years, Geneva has seen its annual international inventions fair attract all sorts of new techniques and products. The next annual exhibition will take place April 18 - 22, 2012 in Geneva, Switzerland.

Seoul International Invention Fair
Five-day event where inventors and researchers showcase their new ideas and products to manufacturers, investors, distributors, licensing firms and the general public. Takes place every two years – next show is December 1 - 4, 2011.
