• Product must be patented, patent-pending, or provisionally patented
• Products must be easy to use and demonstrate
• Inventor must be willing to sign Jasco Products NDA and Submission Agreement
• Inventor must be willing to discuss where they are at in the development process and any agreements they have pending on the invention
