Florida Inventor to Exhibit "The Germinator" at America's Largest Invention Show

PITTSBURGH... INPEX®, America's Largest Invention Trade Show, announces that Glenda Sidman, from Tequesta, Fla., has invented a modified paper towel holder that could simultaneously dry and sanitize hands. This invention will be exhibited at INPEX®, June 6-9, in Pittsburgh.

Germs are passed so easily from one person to another, especially during times when colds or other illnesses are prevalent. "The Germinator" would prevent the spread of germs or diseases in the home, restaurant or classroom. Quick and easy to use, a person could dispense hand sanitizer while simultaneously drying their hands.

The Germinator would hold paper towel rolls vertically, and would feature an inside tube that fits inside of the actual paper towel cylinder. The inside tube would hold the hand sanitizer, and a hand pump at the top of the tube would dispense the sanitizer. To use, a person could simply press the pump, and hand sanitizer would automatically be dispensed.

The inventor came up with the idea through her experience as a teacher. "I observed my students sneezing on their hands and then sharing things with each other," she said. "I wanted to invent this to stop the spread of germs."

Sidman is exhibiting at INPEX® with the hopes of finding a manufacturer and a distributor.
