Young Inventors Take the Stage at Kid's Day at the Invention Show

PITTSBURGH... INPEX®, America's Largest Invention Trade Show, will host their annual Kid's Day to showcase young students and their inventions. On Saturday, June 9, 2007, from Noon to 4 p.m. at the Monroeville ExpoMart, young inventors will have the opportunity to present their own inventions to a panel of judges, compete for cash prizes and take part in fun and wacky activities like:

- Alka Rockets with Bayer Corporation

- Shrinky Dinks with Carnegie Science Center

- Your Chance to be a Pierogie with the Pittsburgh Pirates

- Music, Dancing, Games and Prizes with Radio Disney

- Learn about Pet Safety, Inventions & check out the animals with The Humane Society

- Plus many more fun activities including Kruger Street Toy & Train Museum toy trains, WildThings mascot and face painting and a prize wheel from John Robert Powers!!

Kid's Day isn't just for young inventors. Children from all over the Pittsburgh area are encouraged to come out and enjoy all of the fun activities!

INPEX® is open to the general public on Saturday, June 9, 2007, from Noon to 4 p.m. Admission is $5 and free for children under 12. It is free for children to register an invention.
