Hawaii Inventor to Exhibit "Arms x Legs Bicycle™" at America's Largest Invention Show

PITTSBURGH... INPEX®, America's Largest Invention Trade Show, announces that Kie Ho "Paul" Cynn, from Kapolei, Hawaii, has invented a bicycle that would provide a full-body workout. This invention will be exhibited at INPEX®, June 6-9, in Pittsburgh.

While a traditional bicycle is powered mostly by the legs, the "Arms x Legs Bicycle™" would run on energy expended from both the legs and the arms. This unique bike could equally exercise several different parts of the body – including the legs, arms, shoulders and waist. In addition to the fitness benefits, the Arms x Legs Bicycle™ also could have the capability for greater speed than a standard bicycle.

The Arms x Legs Bicycle™ would feature twisting handles attached to the pedals. To operate, the rider would twist the handles as he or she presses downward on the pedals. By alternating between the right leg/right arm and left leg/left arm, a person could power the bike to move forward. The pushing and pulling motion required for movement would provide a user with a full-body workout as he or she rides.

The inventor developed the Arms x Legs Bicycle™ using his own bicycling experience. "Every day I would bike up Tantalus Mountain, and I had difficulty because my legs expended too much energy pedaling," he said. "I wanted to create a bicycle that could use energy from the whole body as fuel, rather than just the legs."

Cynn is exhibiting at INPEX® with the hopes of finding a manufacturer.
