Massachusetts Inventor to Exhibit "Boat Slicker®" at America's Largest Invention Show
PITTSBURGH... INPEX®, America's Largest Invention Trade Show, announces that Scott Buckley, from Seekonk, Mass., has invented a device that would help to protect boats of different sizes. This invention will be exhibited at INPEX®, June 6-9, in Pittsburgh.
When rough weather hits a boating community, the devastation can be tremendous. Weather damage and debris can be destructive to any boat. The "Boat Slicker®" could help to prevent damage to a boat and personal belongings left on a boat.
The Boat Slicker® would consist of a durable framework that could be adjusted to fit many boat sizes. The device could be reused season after season and according to the inventor, easily installed by the boat owner saving thousands of dollars during the life of the boat.
The inventor was inspired to think of his invention by his own experience as a boat owner. "I re-built my own boat and go boating as a hobby," explained Buckley. "I noticed damaged boat covers was a problem among boaters and so I developed this idea."
Buckley is exhibiting at INPEX® with the hopes of finding a manufacturer, distributor or licensee.
