Oklahoma Inventor to Exhibit "The Bumper Plus®" at America's Largest Invention Show

PITTSBURGH... INPEX®, America's Largest Invention Trade Show, announces that Arlenia "Ann" Billingslea from Oklahoma City, OK, has invented a modified crib bumper with multiple features. This patented invention will be exhibited at INPEX®, June 6-9, in Pittsburgh.

"The Bumper Plus®" fits all the way under the mattress and to the top of the crib. This design would prohibit the child from stretching their arms and legs outside of the crib. The design also features peek-a-boo windows that could allow for the parents and child to see one another. The invention would outfit a device that could also play lullaby music that would calm a restless child.

The Bumper Plus® would consist of an oblong or rectangular shaped unit that would be compatible with standard cribs and cradles. This unit would reach 2-feet in height, and along with the specially designed window openings and lullaby music, there would be an attached blanket. The Bumper Plus® could also fold into a body pillow for a day bed.

The inventor, Ann Billingslea, developed The Bumper Plus® based on her own middle son. "His feet were always sticking out of his crib," she said. "I was afraid he would hurt himself if he tried to turn over."

Billingslea is exhibiting at INPEX® with the hopes of finding a manufacturer, distributor, venture capitalist, licensee or importer/exporter.
