Arkansas Inventors to Exhibit "Diva Hair Pillows" at America's Largest Invention Show

PITTSBURGH... INPEX®, America's Largest Invention Trade Show, announces that LaVerne Adekunle and Macaiah Tillman, from Little Rock, Ark., have invented a pillow that supports the neck and elevates the head. This invention will be exhibited at INPEX®, June 6-9, in Pittsburgh.

The "Diva Hair Pillows" are satin covered pillows with an ergonomic design to support the neck and head. The satin cover causes the hair to glide over the pillow, thereby keeping the user's hairstyle in place and to keep the ends of the hair from breaking during sleep. According to the inventor, the pillow's firm design also helps to prevent facial wrinkles.

The invention is made from hypoallergenic foam, satin fabric and brocade. It is in a rectangular shape, measuring 6-inches high by 12-inches wide, with a small dip where the neck should rest. The inventors are currently selling the product on the internet at www.divapillow.com and through direct marketing. (Suggested Retail Price: $26.95 and $49.95).

The inventors came up with the Diva Hair Pillows after listening to LaVerne's nieces complaining about their hair. "My nieces said that when they first got their hair done, they'd have to sleep on their arms or hands to protect their hair," Adekunle said. "I have always loved to do arts and crafts, and I thought this would be a really good solution to their problem."

Adekunle and Tillman are exhibiting at INPEX® with the hopes of finding a manufacturer, distributor or venture capital.
