Virginia Inventor to Exhibit the "Hurricane Board" at America's Largest Invention Show

PITTSBURGH... INPEX®, America's Largest Invention Trade Show, announces that No Un Kwak, from Alexandria, Va., has invented a self-propelling skateboard. This invention will be exhibited at INPEX®, June 6-9, in Pittsburgh.

The "Hurricane Board" would allow users to ride without manually pushing the board along the road. Its design would enable riders to ride on virtually any surface, and could also perform carving movements similar to a snowboard. The anti-slip deck could help increase safety, and the ability of the Hurricane Board to flex in all directions would allow the riders to ride without straining their knee or ankle muscles. The Hurricane Board could be a great workout for the abs, the waist and the leg muscles, and an effective lesson in balancing ability. According to the inventor, its deck design allows a smaller turning radius than any other boards currently on the market.

The invention would consist of two decks coupled with a flexible connector. Instead of the conventional four wheels, the Hurricane Board would only have two wheels, one on each deck. To use, a rider would center one foot on each platform, and twist their body, especially the hips and legs, to propel the board and keep it moving.

The inventor came up with the idea for the Hurricane Board because of a strong interest in sports and fitness. "I use my Hurricane Board for a good workout every day," said Kwak. "It really keeps me in shape, and is a fun way to exercise."

Kwak is exhibiting at INPEX® with the hopes of finding a distributor or importer/exporter.

INPEX®, The Invention Show, is a unique trade show that showcases new products and innovations that are available to business and industry to manufacture, license or distribute. As part of the event, The Invention Show sponsors INPEX Inventors University™, a series of seminars, presentations, and panel discussions to provide information that inventors may find useful in pursuing their ideas. This year's sponsors include Mainland China Direct, LLC, a company that produces, designs and manufactures original design products for the North American, European and Japan markets.

INPEX is a service of InventHelp®, America's leading inventor service company. For more information about this inventor or INPEX, call 888-54-INPEX or visit www.inpex.com.
