Minnesota Inventors to Exhibit "Kingstand 'The One & Only'" at America's Largest Invention Show

PITTSBURGH... INPEX®, America's Largest Invention Trade Show, announces that Frank Fotia, Brad Barkhoff and Dennis Barkhoff, from Anoka, Minn., have invented a more versatile portable stand for a miter saw. This patented invention will be exhibited at INPEX®, June 6-9, in Pittsburgh.

The "Kingstand 'The One & Only'" would provide professionals with the next best thing to having a workbench on the job site. Designed for easy transport and setup, the stand would adjust to accommodate virtually any miter saw, as well as slide saws, surface planers, drill presses and more. Ideal for carpenters, contractors, do-it-yourselfers and outdoorsmen, the durable and compact Kingstand could be conveniently stored in a garage, truck, trunk or closet.

Constructed of lightweight aluminum and steel, with black powder coated surfaces, the Kingstand would feature a fully adjustable 32-inch by 18-inch center plate that would assure precise table height alignment. The stand also would boast an 8-foot, 7-inch overall stock surface when both 35-inch side wings are extended. An optional second adjustable shelf plate could provide additional space for tools. The Kingstand would be lightweight at 64 pounds, and collapse to 6 inches for transport.

The inventors developed the Kingstand using their professional experiences. "I created this stand to use on my finish carpentry jobs," Fotia said. "It has worked tremendously for me, and other contractors always ask me where they can get one."

The inventors are exhibiting at INPEX® with the hopes of finding a manufacturer, distributor venture capital or licensee.
