Texas Inventor to Exhibit "Musgrove Carrier" at America's Largest Invention Show

PITTSBURGH... INPEX®, America's Largest Invention Trade Show, announces that Sandra Musgrove, from Kerrville, Texas, has invented a carrier that would allow phlebotomy supplies to be readily available. This patented invention will be exhibited at INPEX®, June 6-9, in Pittsburgh.

The "Musgrove Carrier" would enable phlebotomy supplies to be available at a patient's bedside during a venipuncture procedure. Ideal for use when there is a lack of space, the invention would help to prevent potential hazardous spills.

The carrier would be made of plastic. The Musgrove Carrier's hook design could allow a phlebotomist to connect the carrier directly to the bedside and draw from the patient.

The inventor came up with this idea through her experience performing phlebotomy procedures. "I often had no place to set my carrier while performing a procedure," she said. "If this invention were available, I know that I and many others would use it in our professional lives."

Musgrove is exhibiting at INPEX® with the hopes of finding a manufacturer and licensee.
