INPEX 2016 Keynote Speaker: George Foreman
Two-Time Heavyweight Champion & Successful Entrepreneur
George Edward Foreman was born January 10, 1949 in the northeastern corner of the state of Texas in a town called Marshall. Foreman was known as a bully in his youth that included the reputation as a mugger and brawler in his neighborhood.
His aggressive persona was fine-tuned by the Lyndon B. Johnson Job Corps, a program developed to help disadvantaged kids by teaching them vocational job skills. He met counselor and boxing coach, Doc Broaddus, through Job Corps in California. It was during this time that Broaddus encouraged Foreman to become a boxer.
Foreman dedicated himself to training and quickly established an impressive amateur record. From there, Foreman found himself at the top of the gold medal podium at the 1968 Olympics in Mexico City, where he won the medal in his 25th amateur fight!
As a professional fighter, Foreman became a multi-decorated heavyweight champ. He fought fierce competition the likes of Joe Frazier, Muhammad Ali and Evander Holyfield. He retired for good in 1997 after amassing an amazing 76-5 career record.
In the early 1990’s, Foreman flourished as a pitchman for products such as Meineke Car Care Centers and the George Foreman Lean Mean Grilling Machine.
He has also successfully launched a line of environmentally safe cleaning products, exclusive line of personal care products, a prescription shoe for diabetics to prevent amputations, a restaurant franchise called UFood Grille, and 10 books.
In 2013, Foreman formed a partnership with InventHelp®. He has attended INPEX®, America’s largest Invention and New Product Exposition, as a guest speaker, sharing his struggles with other inventors and innovators from around the world as a street tough, to celebrated Heavy Weight Champ, to successful entrepreneur.
In his private life, Foreman tends to his ministry at The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, he founded in 1980, where he preaches four times a week. He also enjoys spending free time with his family on his ranch in Marshall, Texas.
Foreman will deliver the keynote address in the George Foreman Inventors University at 9:00 AM on Thursday, June 9 to close out INPEX 2016!

David R.E. Hale
Chief Executive Officer, Smart Sourcing, Inc.
David R.E. Hale has over 20 years of senior level experience in optimizing and synchronizing a broad spectrum of financial and operational programs in both the U.S and China. Mr. Hale was named CEO of Smart Sourcing, Inc. in 2002, after having been the Chief Operating Officer from 2000-2001. Prior to Smart Sourcing, Mr Hale was at Electronic Hardware Corporation, a major supplier of engineered components for the aerospace and defense industry, and was responsible for launching and implementing the company’s first major strategic sourcing initiative.
Prior to his civilian career, Mr. Hale served over 32 years in the United States Army before retiring as a Major General. His military positions include: Commanding General of the US Army forces in Southeastern Europe, Deputy Commanding General and Chief of Staff of US Army Forces in the Pacific, Assistant Division Commander, Deputy Director for Politico-Military Affairs, and Joint Chiefs of Staff. He is a veteran of Vietnam and Desert Storm, and was awarded the Silver Star and Purple Heart.
Mr. Hale is a Dean’s List graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point. Later, he was graduated number 1 in his class while achieving a Master of Science in Operations Research & Systems Analysis. He was an assistant professor at West Point teaching business management, engineering, and systems analysis and was the first recipient of the Department of Defense Excellence in Education Award for outstanding achievement as a teacher.

Attorney Evans career path is unique since she worked at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for approximately 5 years as both a patent examiner and a trademark examining attorney after graduating from law school.
While working as a Trademark Examining Attorney , she examined all types of trademarks including design marks, word marks, Madrid applications, and configuration trademark applications to determine eligibility for registration on the Principal or Supplemental Register.
Prior to working as a Trademark Examining Attorney, Attorney Evans began her career at the USPTO as a Patent Examiner. As a Patent Examiner, she examined patent applications in the electrical and mechanical engineering areas. She researched prior art using USPTO automated tools to determine whether the applications complied with patent laws and rules such as novelty (Section 102) and obviousness (Section 103). She is extremely familiar with patent and trademark policies, procedures and USPTO guidelines.
Andrea Hence Evans, Esq. is a 2002 graduate of The George Washington Law School in Washington, DC. While attending law school, she took advantage of the school’s world renowned intellectual property curriculum and studied. She is a graduate of Spelman College and Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in Atlanta, Georgia, where she obtained a Bachelors of Science in mathematics and a Bachelors of Civil Engineering, respectively.

Edith G. Tolchin, “The Sourcing Lady”(SM), is the author/editor of Secrets of Successful Inventing: From Concept to Commerce (Square One Publishers – www.secretsofsuccessfulinventing.com), the world’s greatest book for novice inventors. She has been helping the inventor community for almost twenty years. Josh Wallace is a Minneapolis-based artist, illustrator, and graphic designer who's done everything from creating three-eyed plastic monsters and composing electronic music to designing and illustrating a children’s book series. Creativity is his passion, and he spends most of his time offering this to the world of small business.
By day, he lends his creative skills to Ambassador Communications, helping their many local clients grow and prosper. "Working with Ambassador has given me a ton of intimate opportunities to meet directly with enthusiastic business owners," he says. "It’s really exciting to be able to get behind the scenes of these people’s accomplishments and help push them further!"
For Wallace, the inventing industry is another area of small business with amazing clients. "I’ve gotten to try out some really cool products that seem like they should have already been invented!" Today, in addition to working with Ambassador Communications, Wallace works with a Minnesota-based startup brewery as their branding and marketing adviser and illustrates "The Adventures of Papa Lemon’s Little Wanderers" series. Despite his many projects, he still makes time for any new design requests. "I love art and design, so I am very happy to stay busy!"

Fariza set up her first business at the age of 18. While studying Science, she successfully moved into the Real Estate sector, setting up real estate agencies, as well as training agents for many years.
Subsequently, she has set up a number of businesses in the last decade in variety of sectors from hair and beauty, to costume jewelry, to name a few. She used her skills and expertise, as well as innovative techniques, to make the businesses stand out from the crowd. After achieving success in these areas, she then went on to challenge herself turning around failed businesses.
Fariza has personally experienced and gained an in-depth knowledge of the entire retail framework. This includes: invention, licensing, tooling, manufacturing, packaging, quality control, importing/exporting, merchandising, buyer's frustrations, retailing, and customer habits. She now concentrates on network marketing, coaching and mentoring people, as well as travelling around the world with her husband, Hanif Khan, sourcing innovation and bringing it to market.

Began his career in I.T. designing air traffic control systems and then moved onto becoming very well known in the Real Estate industry. Hanif owned a number of successful real estate agencies and mentored and trained thousands of agents.
After his MBA, Hanif began investing into new and innovative businesses which then led him to exploring the wonderful world of distribution, manufacturing and retail. He has since built a phenomenal business that revolutionizes how new products are launched into retailers. The business is growing rapidly.

Program Host, QVC
Albany Irvin joined QVC in May 2009 as a program host. In this position, she presents product information, conducts demonstrations, and interacts with on-air guests, celebrities, and viewers.
Prior to joining QVC, Albany served as a spokesperson for a variety of clients throughout North America and Europe. Over the last 15 years, some of her clients have included Ford Motor Company, Canon USA, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, SAMSUNG, and DIRECTV.
Albany received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas.
Director of INPEX and Corporate Communications, InventHelp
Nicole Lininger is Director of INPEX and Corporate Communications for InventHelp®. She has worked for InventHelp for 15 years, and her experience with inventors and new products make her an excellent resource. Nicole has daily interaction with a wide range of innovators, from “garage” inventors to top CEOs at Fortune 500 companies.
Nicole travels the world attending new-product trade shows. Stateside, she attends prominent industry shows including Toy Fair in New York City and the International Home and Housewares Show in Chicago. Nicole continues to produce an inventor-only pavilion at the ERA D2C annual convention in Las Vegas, an exclusive show for the direct-to-consumer industry.
