Coupa is a cloud-based Business Spend Management platform developed by Coupa, headquartered in the United States. It has been top rated by a number of third parties, and is used by 2,500 companies worldwide, with a total transaction value of over 630 trillion yen.

QWhat is Coupa Supplier Portal(CSP)?
A

CSP is a free tool for suppliers to easily transact with customers.
When dealing with INPEX via CSP, you could view purchase orders, submit invoices, etc.

QDo I have to pay to use Coupa?
A

There are no costs to suppliers.
However, in order to use CSP, you will need to have internet and email address.

QIs it mandatory to use Coupa for transactions with INPEX?
A

In principle, we ask you to use Coupa (CSP) for all transactions.
Please contact us if you find it difficult to use Coupa due to internal regulations, etc.

QWhat are the business process changes due to the introduction of Coupa?

The main business process changes for suppliers after the introduction of Coupa are "Quote Response via Coupa Quote Response Portal," "Order Acceptance via CSP," "Service Sheet Submission via CSP," and "Invoice Registration via CSP". Please refer to the Coupa documentation for details.

QWill the transaction (order) that has already started service be changed to Coupa?
