INPEX participated in the 2022 open bidding round conducted by Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS), Malaysia's national oil company, and was awarded Block 4E and Block SK418, both of which are exploration blocks located offshore northeast of Sarawak, Malaysia. In the 2023 open bidding round, we were also awarded Block SK510, similarly located offshore northeast of Sarawak. Furthermore, we participated in the 2024 open bidding round and were awarded exploration blocks SB306A and SB306B, located offshore east of Sabah, Malaysia. In addition, through a company acquisition in 2025, we acquired a 42.5 percent interest in Block 2A, which is situated offshore northwest of Sarawak.
Currently, we are conducting exploration activities in each of these blocks.
