In December 2021 we signed a share transfer agreement with Diamond Generating Europe B.V. (DGE-NL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, and a DGE-NL subsidiary. In February 2022, we acquired a 50 percent interest in the Luchterduinen offshore wind farm (fixed bottom) operating off the coast of the Netherlands. The Luchterduinen offshore wind farm is located 23 kilometers off the coast of Noordwijk and has operated commercially since September 2015 through the operating company ClusiusC.V., with an output scale of 129 megawatts (43 x 3 megawatt units).
