INPEX Renewable Energy Europe Limited (now INPEX Europe Limited) was established in the United Kingdom with the goal of promoting renewable energy projects in Europe. Through this entity, we signed a share transfer agreement with Diamond Generating Europe Limited and Diamond Generating Europe Investments Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries of Mitsubishi Corporation. As a result, we acquired a 16.7 percent interest in the Moray East offshore wind farm in March 2023. The Moray East offshore wind farm (fixed bottom) is located approximately 22 kilometers off the coast of Moray Firth in Scotland and has operated commercially since April 2022 with an output scale of 950 megawatts (100 x 9.5 megawatt units).
