Kitsunedaira Donguri-no-Mori Registered in the International OECM Database

INPEX CORPORATION (INPEX) announced that Kitsunedaira Donguri-no-Mori Project, which was certified as a Biodiversity Preservation Site in September 2025 through the biodiversity conservation activities conducted by its wholly owned subsidiary INPEX JAPAN, has been registered in the international database for Other Effective area-based Conservation Measures (OECMs).

OECMs are areas outside formally protected areas that contribute to the conservation of biodiversity. Biodiversity Preservation Sites that do not overlap with protected areas are evaluated as OECMs and registered in the international database, Protected Planet.
